• I understand, but it doesn't seem like you mean it
• I can't accept your apology right now 

These are some rude one-

• Don't tell me you are sorry, 'cause you are not'
• Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn 

How to respond to an apology-

We can divide the process of responding to an apology into 3 steps :

Step 1. Listen the apology 

Step 2. Make an opinion 

Step 3. Respond to it

Step 1. Listening the apology

Regardless of someone else's or your opinion on that person listen to his/her apology very carefully. Even if you are not ready to accept his/her apology listening to his apology will not let the person hate you.

Step 2. Make an opinion

Making an opinion should be done on basis of his apology and your past experience with him/her

Step 3. Respond to the apology 

Respond to an apology can be of two types 

1. Accepting the apology

2. Rejecting the apology
